Player Name	players name (must have a value)
Course Name (optional)	course to show the statistics of (may be left blank to show all courses for the player)
Date (optional)	date to show the statistics of (may be left blank to show all dates for the player)

Command button	Action
Par 3 Holes	toggles between showing results for Par 3, Par 4, Par 5 or all holes
Hide Gridlines	toggles between showing and hiding the gridlines in the graph
Print	prints the graph
Back	brings you back to the main screen

Bottom of graph	number of scores
Bottom of bars	separate scores on front and back nine holes
Holes played	number of holes played, specified for all, Par 3, Par 4 and Par 5 holes
Average score	average score, specified for all, Par 3, Par 4 and Par 5 holes
Longest drive	longest drive made on Par 4 or Par 5 holes
Shortest drive	shortest drive made on Par 4 and Par 5 holes
Average drive distance	average drive distance on Par 4 and Par 5 holes
% Fairway hit	percentage fairways hit, specified for all, Par 3, Par 4 and Par 5 holes
% Greens in regulation	percentage greens "in regulation", specified for all, Par 3, Par 4 and Par 5 holes
Average putts per GiR	average putts per green in regulation, specified for all, Par 3, Par 4 and Par 5 holes
Average putts all holes	average putts on all holes, specified for all, Par 3, Par 4 and Par 5 holes
Average putts per round	average putts made per round (18 holes and 9 holes)
